Blue helmet guy right next to the red helmet (?): "Keep your eyes on that building, it'll be coming down." 1:00 - An employee of U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) is mistakenly presented by Arce as a firefighter. Note the INS patch badge on his shirt. Audio track has been saved again in PCM/WAV. Then losslessly compressed by Apple Lossless Audio Codec (ALAC) in MeGUI 2515, muxed there with video stream in MP4 container format before upload on YouTube.
