<description>Looks like a raw working version of a CNN report produced by Rose Arce. Portions of raw 9/11 footage were pieced together against chronological order, it seems. Apparently, this report was first aired on CNN on 9/12/2001, at 12:46 p.m. EDST. Thanks to Nathan Flach for the find: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wiXcKx98c5U 0:54 - Lower Manhattan after the last twin tower (WTC 1) collapsed. Explosion sound and burning WTC 7 in the background. Cameraman is standing on West Broadway between Murray Street (south) and Chambers Street (north). Unknown workers walk north on West Broadway. Red helmet guy (?): "It's blowing, boy." Blue helmet guy right next to the red helmet (?): "Keep your eyes on that building, it'll be coming down." 1:00 - An employee of U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) is mistakenly presented by Arce as a firefighter. Note the INS patch badge on his shirt. This guy was captured earlier (?) by BNN's Lucia Davis at West Broadway and Murray Street, when another loud explosion sound near WTC 7 was recorded at ~11:10 a.m. See research and timing with regard to the BNN footage on Pumpitout Forum: http://s1.zetaboards.com/pumpitout/topic/2650956/1/ 1:26 - Arce interviews an apparent FDNY firefighter. 1:47 - WTC 5 north face. Visible flames on 7th floor near the northwest corner. Looking south. 1:49 - WTC 5 and WTC 7 on fire. Flames are visible at WTC 5 north face on 7th floor, WTC 7 east face on 12th floor. Looking south. POV = West Broadway and Murray Street. 1:54 - Off-camera voice: "The building is about to blow up. Moving back." Then again at 2:00 mark, off-camera voice, sounds like same person: "We're walking back. There's a building about blow up. Flame... debris coming down." Videographer: Joe Cantali/CNN (thanks to YT user "relapsed1" for finding Cantali's uploaded portions of his 9/11 footage on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KaLRCb_TrmU), with CNN producer Rose Arce. Resolution has been HQ dither upscaled to 1080p by keeping the as-released display aspect ratio (DAR) of 4:3, and video sharpened. Then video stream lossy compressed again by x.264 (2-pass encoding, average video bit rate of 50 MBit/s) and muxed with audio stream in MP4 container format in MeGUI 2515, before upload on YouTube. As-released WMA2 audio stream has been decompressed and sent to lossless PCM audio codec/WAV format. Low volume on both channels has been normalized in Adobe Audition CS6. Audio track has been saved again in PCM/WAV. Then losslessly compressed by Apple Lossless Audio Codec (ALAC) in MeGUI 2515, muxed there with video stream in MP4 container format before upload on YouTube.
