This has occured between 9:50 a.m. and the WTC 2 collapse at ~9:58:59 a.m. At 12:59 into the video, another shot of this dripping. 13:04 - WTC 2 collapses. Initiation of the collapse missed or is missing in this video. Camera is jerky. HIGH VOLUME.
